Forged on the streets of New York City, Elliot learned the craft of film making at the feet of luminaries such as Spike Lee and Stanley Kubrick (or people who have worked with them). He then moved to Los Angeles to pursue his film career before being kicked out for being too awesome. Elliot finally settled in Portland where he is the most in demand and demanding producer in town.
